This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary log data. This may include, in particular, the IP address, date and time of access, time zone, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, HTTP status, referrer URL, and information about the browser, operating system and language.

Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to detect and prevent attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the security, stability and troubleshooting of our website. Server logs are generally deleted after seven days at the latest. They are retained for longer only where this is necessary to investigate a specific security incident.

If you contact us by telephone or email, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry and, where applicable, details of your requested reservation. This processing is carried out to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the proper handling of enquiries. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

4. Contact via WhatsApp

Our website contains a link to WhatsApp. A connection to WhatsApp is established only when you select this link. Use is voluntary; you can also contact us by telephone or email at any time.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your telephone number, profile data visible to us and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns entering into or performing a contract; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For users in the European Union, the provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes data under its own responsibility. Processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. Further information is available in WhatsApp's privacy notice.

Our website links to external services, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and Senne Golf Club. Content from these providers is not embedded in our website. Merely visiting our website therefore does not transmit data to these providers. Only when you select an external link do you access the respective provider's service. The respective provider is responsible for the processing of data there.

6. Cookies and audience measurement

Under the current configuration, we use neither analytics nor marketing cookies in the publicly accessible area and do not use tools for audience measurement or profiling. Where strictly necessary information is stored on or read from the user's device, this is done on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG. Subsequent processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If we integrate analytics tools, external media, a reservation system or comparable services in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, the consent request before activation.

7. Recipients and retention period

Personal data is received only by those parties that require it to fulfil the purposes stated above. External service providers process data only within the statutory requirements and, where necessary, on the basis of a data processing agreement.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention obligations, particularly those under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
